Just got my braces yesterday!

After spending the past 3 years mulling over getting my teeth straightened I finally took the plunge.

I will be honest and say I had crooked teeth everywhere!! but it never really bother me until now i have the money !

Im 28 and took the plunge. Decided on clear fixed appliances rather than metal or Invisalign (I reckon I would have been lazy and forgot to wwear them plus taking them out for eating etc...)

Reading the board is great, just amaze at how much some people know about their braces brand etc... or what wire etc they have. I was just happen to get them![/img]

I just got braced last Friday and I too am amazed at
how much the posters know about their braces.
I just wrote on a thread that I don't know the brand of mine.
All I know is that they are the clear kind.

Congrats Dubliner on making it over here and taking the plunge to do something for yourself!
