I had my 12th regular adjustment this afternoon. Nothing new was done, just changed out ligs and the rubberbands and wire are all the same. I was really tired after ortho so I came home and had a snack. I fell asleep at 6pm until 8pm and when I woke up my teeth were aching!!!!!!! I guess my molars are moving because they all feel loose like they're going to fall out. I didn't enjoy my steak. I was complaining that my mom had overcooked it, I failed to mention to my mom that my teeth were sore. I didn't want to tell her that my teeth were sore because it's rare for us to have beef steak, she only eats fish and seafood. My dad and I are big meat eaters. Anyhow, I'm going back to sleep, I'm really tired today.

Oh and if you are wondering what those long rubbery looking things on the wire are, it's just a rubbery tubing that covers bare spaces of the arch wire. They put it there because it tends to irritate and leave wire ridges in your mouth. Since it's hard to keep wax on bare wire, they just put a piece of tubing and give it a little space for movement. Let me tell you how much of a lifesaver it is! They only downside, it's not stain resistant.
I am going to ask for that rubber tubing, as the wire is irritating my mouth! the brackets arent bothering me but the wire seems to be :?
