bad day today

Hi all

I am having a bad day today - not sure why but back brace is still cutting up my tongue plus had 2 tooth extractions this week and gums feel really weird like they are caving in!

I get the bottom brace fitted in a week and 1/2 and am wondering is it all worth it??

Everyone has bad days. Stick with it, it's worth it. The time will pass, things will get better and before you know it, you'll be done and dusted.

Try sticking some wax on the back bracket to give you a bit of relief.

The sun is out in the UK today so am feeling much better - cheers for the advice. Wax is working and I have been putting loads of bonjela on my tongue which seem to have done the trick!

Try difflam oral rinse, it's great to have in for soreness, from UK Pharmacies. Keep drinking plenty
