Finally seen my clincheck after months of waiting

#1 Post by Ems »

:D Hi i finally got to see my clincheck this morning and i am really pleased i can actually see something is happening now. I was advised i need 10 trays for the bottom and 24 for the top so am quite pleased with that. The dentist accepted it on the computer and said it should take about a week to come back is this correct?

I asked him if i could have a copy of the clincheck but he advised he didnt know how to do. He said no one has asked him that before and he would email the company to see if they can tell him how its done.

I originally signed up to this at the begining of August and the dental surgery i am with keep cancelling my appointment and one person is telling me one thing and the other is telling me something else so decided to make a complaint to the practice manager and she tracked my clincheck for me. Ive put all this in writing to the surgery as i want to cover myself just in case in the near future.

I hope i have a smooth time from now on but i will keep you posted.

Instructions for saving the movies from clincheck were given in this thread (4th post):

I don't know if these instructions work or if they changed the software. I'm getting refinements and want a copy of my movies when the clincheck comes back, so I will try these instructions out.

Thank you. I think am getting 4 on the top but you shouldnt see them and 4 on the bottom (2 on each side). I really cant wait to get started now. Ive been reading on this site for months and its so helpful.

Hopefully i will receive mine soon, i live in the UK.

I will let my denist know how to save it. Thanks John37.
