£4,000 including xrays, impressions, 31/17 trays, any refinement required and permanent bonded retainers. Oh and he seems happy to supply home whitening gel too.

This was split £250 for impressions etc to get Clincheck, then £1,250 when the order was sent off for the trays. When I pick up the trays, the final balance becomes payable - less 5% if I pay it upfront instead of arranging finance. i.e. £2,500 x 95% = £2,375.

I will do that, so total cost will be £3,875 :)

It is definitely more expensive in the UK!
Initial set: 31 upper / 17 lower
1st refinement: 14 upper / 10 lower
2nd refinement: 10 upper / 5 lower

$4650 for a premier dentist in my area [he's one of the top 5% of Invisalign Providers in the US since 2005]. This includes everything & even one refinement! [The desired result is garuanteed]

I just had my impressions done today! :]

£3,200 full treatment in Manchester UK. It was fixed price no matter what i needed. Still more expensive than the US but obviously a better deal than what some others in the UK are getting.

I'll just add, my provider does 80+ cases a year and seemed very confident that Invisalign would suit my case. I dont know how complex my case is, he didnt make it sound like a very big deal. Just arch expansion, IPR, rotation, no need to pull/push down/up any teeth, and hopefully no extractions needed.

$6200 for expander plus invisalign from a premier invisalign DDS. My insurance covered $2000 of that.

I thought I had responded to this thread already...

I am paying $5600. I paid half when I approved the clincheck and got a dental loan for the other half. My dentist told me last week that I am covered for any refinements that I am going to need. At the beginning he figured I would probably need them since I had a complicated case, so he figured that into the cost.

I paid $4500 through Care Credit for only 11 aligners. The doc started with "There's this thing called Invisalign Express which is a bit cheaper and only requires 10 aligners or less. You don't qualify for that."
Well, thanks bud. But I guess paying the $4500 for the 11 with any refinements included is not so bad.

It depends on the case also. The assistant told me that if a patient has teeth that have gaps and are just coming together, then they will give them more aligners between visits since there is less chance of a problem. I had a lot of crowding so they had to see me every 4 weeks to check that there was enough space. And they only gave me 2 sets of aligners at a time. So I guess the extra office time is what I'm paying for.

cost

I'm new- I just got my invisalign on Monday (two days ago)- I have 20 trays. I'm reading how much everyone else's invisalign cost and I think I must have gotten a pretty good deal- $2200.00 total. That includes the retainer at the end and one replacement retainer if I lose the first one. Still not sure how I feel about them because I'm pretty sore and the button things are really irritating the inside of my mouth.

I also have 20 trays and I also paid $2200.00. My price includes the refinements and retainer in the end but wouldn't cover IPR or teeth extractions, two things that he suggested. He wanted an additional two thousand for IPR and an additional four thousand for teeth extractions (and extra trays and time).
