Bella's Dream Come True!

First of all, let me introduce myself to you all.

Hello, My name is Bella and I am 20 years old in my 2nd year of College.

All my life, I am not able to fully smile with confidence. Thus, the main reason of wanting braces. Now that I am making money for myself, instead of getting a new car, I stuck with my life long dream of...Getting Braces! YAY!

As of the moment, I am thinking of getting Lingual Braces (braces behind teeth) but the downside to that is the price! many said it's twice the price as regular braces. In that case, I have no care for the price anymore. I just want to smile like my friends.

my very first orthodontist appointment is on March 24th, 2009
one more week!!!

You know, you have really nice shape and size to your teeth, and they are very white. I think you will have really great results with the braces. Everything will turn out great... :wink:

Hey, welcome to the forum! I agree with the above people; your teeth are so nice and white, I'm sure you will have great results. I'm 20 years old also so I'm happy to see someone around the board who is my age. I hope your first consultation goes well!

I ended up with In-Ovations "C" here are pictures five days after i got them in.

it's been five days and i'm still hurting! can't eat anything but soft food.
how long does it take til the pain settles down?

I have the same brackets as you. I think the pain varies from person to person but I just take some advil and use wax liberally when I'm hurting at all. Anyways, congrats on the new braces :)
