Burt's Bee's is the bomb  ! Can't live without it.....it's just moisturizer....nothing fancy and glossy and the smell is minimal. Stay far FAR away from Blistex Lip Infusion it's nasty.

BURT'S BEES ORIGINAL BEESWAX LIP BALM. do NOT use the honey flavor, do NOT use the sun proof kind. they are nasty.

There IS NO SUBSTITUTE for the delicious minty beeswaxy original lip balm.

Nivea, the stuff in the fat blue tube. It's more like a cream than a balm.
I also use Chapstick All Natural.

I'm another Burt's Bees Beeswax Lipbalm gal myself, I used to use the tinted version (Rhubard), but find it gets all over me ceramics! And of course a good dollop of vaseline at night helps loads.

Does anyone else get cracks at each side of the mouth after a session in the ortho chair? I get really sore there after each adjustment. No idea how I'm going to manage an hour to get them removed!!!

Never have tried the honey or spf varieties of burt's bees...the regular type is fine and all but I am OBSESSED with the clove oil flavor! Love the breath-freshening smell. Like chewing a stick of classic clove gum for people who can't chew gum :)

I dont know if this one has been said yet, but I LOOOVE this stuff called Blistex Gentle Sense. Its the best stuff I have ever used. It cures chapped lips by just using it once, and It last a really long time. I recommend this stuff to anyone, its by far the best I have tried.

I really like Burt's Bees--both the mint and the honey flavored.

OMGosh....I have tried sooo many lip balms, gels, ointments. I have not gotten my braces just yet, but I have stocked up on different ones :D ...I always use Vaseline Lip Therapy in the green and white tin (there are flavoured ones in tubes). That feels lightweight and great on my lips. Not too much a sheen either. I also use Nivea stick and a palmers cocoa butter one as well. My all time favorite however is the Blistex medicated lip balm (green tube). It gives my lip a cool, minty feel that soothes me :D

I live in the Caribbean so I have to ensure that my lips are protected everyday from the horrid heat we have here. This has a 15SPF which is ok compared to the others who doesnt have any. I am still to try out several of the other well known ones...but when I get braced I would know which ones do the better job :)

I have like 4 different kinds of lip stuff floating around the house. My favorite is the Blistex medicated, that i've been using for years. And when my lips get really bad, i use the Neutrogena Norwegian Formula hand cream right before bed. Not only is it great on your hands, but makes your lips very soft and smooth by morning.
