I got to see some of your progress picture, you do look like you have come a long way. Boy, I would be so excited if my ortho started talking about a retainer! Sounds like an end is in sight for you, I can't wait to see the updates!

Ken,
No updates? How is it going? Haven't seen any of your helpful post for a while either, are you okay? Did you get the braces off?

Last night I sent out an e-mail trying to find contact information on Ken. Sadly I received three different e-mails each sharing the unfortunate news that Ken passed away from liver cancer in August. During my "adventures in braces," he was one of the friends that helped me tolerate the lack of progress that each of us tends to suffer.

While I never got to share a drink with him or a fresh cooked meal, we did share a great deal. For that I am thankful. For his passing, I mourn.

Mike
I wore braces (this time) for 1294 days or 3 years, 6 months and 17 days.
But who's counting?

Thanks for praying for me and thinking happy thoughts.

Sad to hear about the loss of Ken. Hopefully, he is enjoying some really great hotrods to drive, and zero braces, where ever he is. RIP to an avid supporter here, you will be missed!

I haven't been visiting here much lately, but just spotted IBorg's sad announcement about Ken. What a shock... He was a great contributor here for a long while, and very supportive to a lot of us particularly to the newcomers first starting out. Good thoughts go out to him...
