Hi there,
I'm Peggy and I'm new here. First of all, thank you all for sharing your experiences with Invisalign - it really helps. And thanks to all those with blogs.
I am currently on aligner pair 4 of 23 (Upper) and 11 (Lower) and am due to change to aligner pair 5 tomorrow evening after the usual 2 weeks wear. I experience the usual ache in the first few days of a new pair of aligners and no aches at all after that. However, with this 4th pair, my teeth have been giving me that horrible gnawing feeling for a couple of days. This didn't happen in the first 3 pairs.
Has anyone else found this? I wasn't expecting this to happen. Might it be that as I have been biting down a little on my aligners, I have moved them down a little further, moving my teeth a little further?
Many thanks!
Ache towards the end of the 2 weeks

Not every aligner moves the same teeth, and not all aligners move the teeth the same direction, amount, or velocity. A few days of discomfort is not unusual. If problems persist, speak to your orthodontist :).
