I have definitely slacked up on my routine. I use to brush a bunch but now I just brush every morning and rinse with ACT and brush and floss at about 4:00pm before I leave work. I have been terrible at brushing at night and I know that is probably the most important. I do it sometimes, But I’m always so tired and just want to fall into bed when I get home from working and then school. Oh and I use the proxy brushed through out the day. Come to think of it I barely use my waterpik much anymore and I love how it makes my mouth feel. I will try to do better but I dont think this is too bad.

I used to Water Pik every time I brushed but I only do that once or twice a day now. I still brush after every meal but I'm not as thorough as I used to be. I also should be rinsing more and using the little brush but I don't. Argh, I'm bad.

Does anyone else have flouride gel to use at night? I think that's supposed to help prevent decalcification. My ortho gave me a prescription for it on day one.
