Is this possible?
I have an overjet and crossbite as well as an open bite, but when I analyze my molar relationship it appears to be class 3. Is that even possible?

This is absolutely possible. Molar classification is but one of many different aspects of diagnosis. Some orthodontists pay special attention the premolar classification as well.

So what is the typical treatment plan for somebody like myself? I know you can only speak in generals, but with my molar relationships, posterior crossbite, constricted upper arch, crowded lower arch mild overjet and openbite(I think my second molars make contact) My wisdom teeth need to come out is what the ortho said(I have brackets and a wire on my lower insicors, brackets on my upper first molars and spaces in between by lower first molars . So far he thinks he can do without surgery but he is keeping that open as an option over.
Any insights on what his plan of attack might be? Ill ask him next time I go in, but if I have a general idea of what another orthodontist might be thinking I can ask better questions.
The main thing I want to know is if my mild lip strain(due to the open bite I think) might be fixed with orthodontics alone.

If I can fix that while getting a wider smile, Ill be content cosmetically.
