You cant always place an upper d/t the bite.
You can ask your doc if you are a candidate for an upper bonded ret
Uppers tend to come off more than lowers d/t the bite

Call your doctor tomorrow to discuss the possibility of a bonded upper, I agree they are a dream when done properly and when possible. Good luck.
