Help needed with surgery names

I'm having double jaw surgery in the next few months.

My upper jaw is going to be widened (not SARPE) because it's too narrow.
My lower jaw is going to be moved forward because it's receded.

What are the names of these surgeries?

I'm so sad because I only found out yesterday about the upper jaw surgery. I'm 17 and I'm scared.

I thought the SARPE is the expansion of your upper jaw? I'm not sure. I'm a bit confused with the upper jaw surgery I'll be getting. I think it's either an expansion or compaction... I need to verify this with my ortho. I'm also getting a lower jaw advancement. Not sure what the name of this is either.

SARPE is surgically assisted palate expansion. My palate will be expanded completely by the surgery.

I'm also in Melbourne.

Do you mind if I ask the name of your surgeon? It woud be interesting if we happened to have the same one!

Instead of SARPE, it sounds like it could be a Lefort 1.

Oh! And as for the bottom... my guess is a BSSO advancement.
