I had a couple of brackets come off during the adjustment-they just popped right off. Good thing it happened at the dentist's otherwise if I'd lost or swallowed them I'd have had to pay extra to have the replaced. So she just put them back in. But it meant we have to postpone putting in the stronger powerchain.
So far so good, had a date last week and couldnt eat anything. I was too scared of having food stuck in my brackets and looking in a mirror every two minutes
...how does everyone else do it?
