Hello! Can't believe its been nearly 3 months since they came off. Its amazing, life in retainers is good, they're still tight when i put them in at night but nothing i cant deal with

I'm good at wearing them too, however when my boyfriend comes to stay in dont wear them that night, so when he dissapears off to work they get a few hours in then...

Life is pretty good at the moment, i've got a job, on top of all my uni work, the financial situation is on the mend and i've got a new amazing boyfriend, my teeth are just an added bonus now, i still cant believe that they're mine!

I had my 3 month check up last week, ortho said it was the easiest appt he'd ever had, my teeth are perfect and my retainers are amazing, fit well and super clean

They came off much earlier than i thought, i love love love my teeth now, they're my favourite part of me!

Its been a long time since i posted but thought i would give a tooth update!

My teeth are still fab, I now have private dental care so can see a hygenist whenever I wish, its great!

I no longer have to wear my retainers that often, so i usually only wear them when i feel like it, my teeth dont seem to move anyway.

I did have a teeth disaster though! Chipped my front tooth!

I was so distraught! But because it was someone elses fault I should be getting some compensation and i got my tooth fixed the day after and it still looks perfect and luckily there was no internal damage, but my dentist is still keeping an eye on it
