A lunch pail to carry everything
Lamnated cards with what not to eat and how to brush your teeth with suction cups to hold them up.
A regular electronic protable toothbrushes
A travel toothbrush
Superfloss (10 pieces)
Christmas tree brush (1)
A hourglass timer
Wax (4 cases) and coupons off of some of the mouthwash and floride

I think that's it. My ortho is super nice.

Not much, Box of wax and Orth tooth brush
He even sold me a bottle of mouth wash.
Went online to see the cost in the US compare my orth charged me for the mouth wash and he sold it cheaper so I am happy.

I got a cute little transparent pouch with:

1 travel toothbrush
1 ortho toothbrus
1 pack of floss threader
1 roll of floss
1 little container of wax

I like the pouch and added a few of my own goodies:

a little container of gum dental picks
canker sore patches
a mini bottle of act total mouthrinse
a mini aleve container
mini toothpaste
a tube of benzodent

I like the orthodontic brush because my sonicare is scaring me, I can barely handle flossing right now >.<

I forgot to mention that they gave me a handy little long spiral brush to brush around the brasses.

i got soft cookies (i guess to soften the blow, ha!), angel hair pasta and tomato puree, travel toothbrush, interdental toohbrush, threaded floss, mouthwash, toothpaste, wax...

I got the usual teeth kit - toothbrushes, floss threaders, wax, floss, mirror, proxy brushes, how to brush/floss, mouthwash, toothpaste, and the biggest item that I love is a new electric toothbrush - http://www.oralb.com/products/professio ... ries-5000/.

The main items I've used is the toothbrush, wax and proxy brushes. I invested in buying the Crest Glide Threader floss .. I'm in love with Crest Glide - just awesome floss. Wish I found it when I was younger. .. and I don't use the mouthwash, I still stick to my same ol' Listerine.

-A refrigerator magnet with the "foods to avoid" list and "how to fix common orthodontic problems" on it
-It all came in a gym bag with my orthodontists' names on the bag

wish i got heaps and heaps of things!
not that im really needing allof them.
mine was kindof like a colgate showbag haha
but i got :

colgate toothbrush with orthodontists logo, address and ph number on it
colgate interdental brushes
colgate fluoride toothpaste
mint scented dental wax
a pamphlet on how to brush braces properly
a pamphlet on what to do in a "dental emergency"

but when the assistant handed it to me she recommended ORAL B SUPERFLOSS.
that floss is really helpful as it has a pointy end to thread it through. (the assistant had braces too)
