Definately worth the money and wait. I had them on for about 1.5 years which my ortho previously told me it was going to take 2.5 years. Next step is whitening :)

Congrats!!!

I had posted this before but maybe you have added insight. How long were your teeth in practically perfect position before you were debraced? I realize that orthos are fixing very small things up until you are debraced, which is why I say "practically" perfect position. Did you have to wait a period for your teeth to set at all?

Braces: Metal fixed upper and lower
Estimated treatment time: 18-24 months
Braces Removed: August 2013 (after 33 months in braces)
Retainers: Upper & lower essix and lower bonded

thanks! I was so excited to get them off. I feel like a brand new me haha. I just turned 20 recently so this was a nice surprise.

VA5, to answer your question, my teeth were practically set since January. I couldnt tell the difference from then until now :)

In-Ovation C for 15 months and 1week on uppers, and 13m 3w 3 days on lowers. Loved it, and love my teeth now!
