Halo i'm still on the treatment in my braces and i had 4 second premolar extractions.
May i know if the extractions gap are closed and i realise i don't like the result?
How hard is it to reopen the extraction gaps and replace them with implants?

I had premolar extractions too, and I didnt like how it looked even before the extraction gaps were close. I really regret that i didnt have the courage to trust my guts and simply stop the treatment, reopen the spaces and get implants.
Now, my gaps are closed and its really hard ( but not impossible) to reopen the gaps. I'm not going to do it because it is too risky.
Maybe, there is an orthodontist that can expand your arch as much as you like, and pull the back teeth forward so it will almost look like before.
