I've been nitpicking as I think we all do (see my previous post) and thanks for the great responses and advice. Thought I would share my pre-brace and 4th month pics to compare. Please excuse my less than perfect set

Hi Seriousthinker!! I'm in the same boat as you. My front teeth are uneven and I could not tell untell i got my braces. I'm a little bit insecure about that right now! But your teeth are looking really good!!! thanks fo sharing
I thought my top ones wern't too bad but now my brace is on its more noticable as to where work needs to be done, like with you
Ah well..at least it means our teeth will look even more improved than we expected them to be
I had a my first consultation today and was told I'd be suitable for Invisalign, Inman and 6 month smile. I'd be worried about Invisalign as I've read a lot of people have needed fillings after they're removed, you can only drink water with them in and they're very expensive! I'm also worried about the Inman as I really don't think I could put up with the speech probelms, I'd probably not end up wearing it for the full amount of time and so treatement would probably end up longer than 8 months that the densitst thinks it would take!
So, 6 month smile it is!! just think I need to get the job done in the quickest way possible!!! I'm pretty scared of having them put on as I'm not the most confident person-but figure that if they're obvious-no one will ask about them!! I go back on 6th April for my examination and cleaning!! Then just need to sign on the dotted line!!! I think I'll then need another appointment for the moulds etc, but I guess they may do this on the same day? How long does it take from having your moulds taken etc to getting the braces on? I'm excited-but scared!
I'm guessing a few people in this post have the 6 month smile on and wondered if you can recommend colours of the brackets and wires as well as cleaning tools!!!!
