I think you need to have posted 5 or 6 times to see pics, (something about fetish people registering to see girls with braces on). :roll:

Class II moderately deep overbite, mild crowding.
Braced on January 19, 2011. Debraced on December 16, 2013.
2 years, 11 months in braces.

Just a quick update, for the first time in about 10 years I managed to smile in photos last night...
This is one reason I love ceramics, you can see them in real life, but in photos the light bounces off them and they look like your own teeth...

I went for an adjustment yesterday, for the first time the wires were kept the same just new ligs and medium power chain.
Been almost 9 months now and gaps are about half the size they were.

Also, I think my face HAS changed shape,, but if anything has got wider and my jaw looks more even.

Hi, I can't see your pics either, and have logged out and then back in. Is there something else I should do? I am interested in pics because I am newly braced (6 weeks) and nothing seems to be moving in my mouth. I think I need some photo encouragement that things will move. Thanks

Braces as Phase II treatment for TMJD.
Lower mandibular repositioning splint 26 months.
Lower braces on 10.75 months into Phase II treatment.
Duration in braces: 2 years, 2 weeks, 5 days
Removal of Braces: September 18, 2013
TMJD treatment now complete!
