I enjoy reading your posts about your journey and wish you the best of luck! May I ask which Sonicare you use? I keep looking and can't decide which one I want :-}

Oh thankies! :flowerbloom: I'm using this one http://www.amazon.com/SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM-Sonicare- ... 38&sr=8-13 But I got it at Costco for A LOTcheaper and it was in a 2 pack (as most things are at Costco), so my fiance got one. He was a bit skeptical and shot the idea down at first, but loves it now. :jump:
I had the Rotadent before, and it was just okay. I found the Sonicare to be much better.

Day 35
Oh they are-a-tingling! :dance: Is that good?! Yes!! Other than that not much has changed. Oh wait the heat, today 101. Ouch. Water, water, and more water for me this weekend. In all seriousness, I'm more worried about the folks back East. :-(( With all the madness going on in the world, I think we can all deal with a little toothache. Gute Nacht!! :-Z

Day 36
:ThumbsDown: Soup and Chinese Food :FeelSick:
My teeth are even more sensitive today and I'm getting anxious. I want to get this first adjustment already!! :braces_angry: I'm back to soft foods, but it's okay. I feel like my teeth and gums need to rest. :biglaf: BTW, I had this yummy Belgian Chocolate mousse (Trader Joes) topped with blended strawberries. I'm headed to a baseball game on Sunday so I hope I can enjoy a stadium dog. :BigGrin: We'll see. Anyone in Southern California, I don't have to tell you how hot it was today. Holy moo. Nothing a little iced chai couldn't fix. Oh before I forget, I did notice that my bite is changing. I can see my bottom teeth!! :singing: So I'm really hoping that they will say that I can get the bottom braces sooner!! :thumbsup: I was also bold today and ate some chips. Well really what I did, was suck on the chips until they disintegrated. :lol: FYI: Salt and Vinegar chips can wait. :shock: I think I'll try pistachios next. :Questions: I'm off to get a quick workout in before I hit the sack. It's going to be a lonngggggggg weekend and and even lonnnnnngggggger week! :rose: Hope everyones' progress is chugging along!

Gute Nacht! :-Z

Day 68
Whoa happened to days 37-67? :huh: Well let's just say a WHOLE lot. :-* I've been really busy with school, music and work that I've had no time to do my daily updates. Le sigh. :cry: However! However, I am pleased with the results so far. On September 23rd (and my bestie's birthday), I went in for my first adjustment and they felt I was ready to get the lower braces done! :jump: Woot!! They initially said 6 months out because I really had a huge overbite, but my teeth have been dancing and drunk fighting. Hmmm. Sorry that sounded like an episode of Jersey Shore. :-= In any case, attached are pictures of what my mouth looks like now. It's weird to see my teeth this way, but at the same time relieved. Also, I can't believe I'm past the 2 month mark. :rawk:

Hey there I just read through your journey. Congradulations on your journey and it seems like our teeth profile is almost alike by the way your progress looks great.

Am loving your story, particularly as your teeth are so similar to my 11 year old daughter who is having her first brace adjustment today. Keep us up to date wont you! Your teeth are looking great.

Day 113

Well it's about 3 months and half in and boy are my teeth looking snazzy. I've been too busy with work, school, and music to post my daily updates. Le sigh. :oops: But I must say I've been eating like crazy. Mainly buffalo wings and jalapeno poppers. Darn you football!! In any case, I thought I'd chime in and say that I'm still doing well and other than discomfort on adjustment days I've been great. Getting food particles stuck in my braces is the least of my worries now. I can't wait what my teeth will look like in the following months. :-* Here are some pictures: 1st images are always of my teeth before the wires, 2nd images are Month 1, and so on. Today I decided to get teal. I didn't realize they were going to be so bright!! :lol: In any case, they will sure brighten up anybody's day or light up a room for that matter. :D :crazy:

Well I'm off! Toodles! :-1

Day 114

My crowded teeth are moving and popping, again. Here's the picture, I totally forgot to post it yesterday. There's only 3 pictures because I didn't get my bottom braces until the second adjustment. Anyways, enough chit chat. :-1
