I am getting my braces tomorrow and I'm very excited. My teeth have gotten REALLY crooked over the years. Just wanted to say hi to everyone. It seems like a fun group. Out with friends tonight I had a piece of chocolate cake, looks like that will be the last one for a while. It's hard enough getting that mess off teeth, much less braces!

hi! sounds like you're ready for braces? I know I am but my upper jaw is WAY too tiny and narrow for them yet. I'm getting the SARPE surgery. (surgically assisted rapid palatal expansion) soon to widen my jaw out a bit and THEN braces for up to 2 years! lucky me, huh? :) plus, I have all 4 wisdom teeth and lose will be getting extracted the same day as the surgery. My teeth on my top row are also TERRIBLE compared to the people on this site. I will be posting pictures of my teeth soon.
Good luck with your braces though! I wish you well and hope you love your results!

Well I just got my braces on today! Yay. When I'm allowed I'll post a shot. I love the feeling of the pressure on my teeth and the full feeling around my lips. Am I crazy? So excited.
