see a different surgeon. if he is willing to "fix" it then he/she is recognizing an error on their part.

if the problem was not specifically outlined as a potential complication, then he is 100% at fault.

Please keep us up to date on how you are doing. I would like to hear about the process and what your surgeon is doing to correct it.
