Unsuccessful Surgery - Need Advice

Just wanted to give an update. I spoke with my surgeon again and he says he will fix it. I am unsure what I am going to do but we'll see what my insurance says first and then I will make a decision. Thank you all for your responses and giving me the encouragement to seek a solution.

I'm curious is he willing to fix it because you mentioned a potential lawsuit?

see a different surgeon. if he is willing to "fix" it then he/she is recognizing an error on their part.

if the problem was not specifically outlined as a potential complication, then he is 100% at fault.
