Hi Bella,

The powerchains are like linked ligs. It is one long piece of 'rubber' with little holes in which go round the brackets, this means that the wires are covered by the rubber. This means that curry is even more visible because you go yellow everywhere. I think if you look at my last photos you can see how the staining looks like it is across the wires.

Danielle, I think my brackets were well fixed which is great, but I'm not looking forward to having them taken off, I think it will hurt!

I have an appointment on 16th May for a final check and if all is well I will have the impressions done for my retainer, then 1st June I have an appointment to have them removed!!
All being well 4 weeks today and I will be brace free!!

I have an appointment on 16th May ad if everything is ok I'm getting my impressions done for the retainer, then back on 1st June to have them removed!

Well impressions were done a couple of weeks ago, I went in today for a clean and at 8:50 tomorrow morning I will be with the dentist for the last time to have them removed!!

I can't believe the day is so nearly here. I'm a little scared about how much pressure is going to be put on my teeth and how much it will hurt having them taken off!

So how are things? I just got done reading all of your posts and it helped so much. I am only on day 6 after getting 6 month smiles on the bottom. I can't talk right, smile, or eat:( I am regretting doing this! HELP!
