I have been on my lingual braces over 4 months and recently I have been getting bad breath.
I never had this problem before and I have been brush 3 times a day with mouthwash. I have been concerned about this and I would like to know if there is anything else I can do to improve it.
Bad breath on braces

Re: Bad breath on braces
Sometimes bad breath can be linked to infections, do you have any sores or anything that could possibly get infected?
Also, I've realized how much flossing can significantly make your breath a lot fresher, especially with braces. I also have a waterpik which gets out anything that sometimes brushing or flossing can't get out, so I haven't really had a problem with bad breath.
I would definitely talk to your dentist/ortho if it continues.
