40 with braces

Hello all! I just want to improve my smile. Right now I only have uppers and will have the lowers placed in a few weeks so as not to traumatize me. I am glad my Ortho did it that way, I have no pain but I do have "loose" teeth and would imagine the trauma of having bottom and top rows kinda loose and shifting all at once for my first experience. It has only been about a week since I had the braces put in, at first I was wondering if it's worth it but now that I know exactly what is expected I can do this.

except for the cleaning I don't have a problem........ you won't either.
