Hi is there anyone from the uk in braces , fancy swapping there experiences in braces, I am currently in I fixed braces at 52

Hi Mike,

Welcome to the board. I am also over 50 and also have fixed braces (upper only).There are quite a few people from the UK on this board- just check out the "our stories" section and contribute to it yourself.

Sectional brace with Damon clear brackets fitted to front 6 upper teeth 3 January 2012
Brackets added to premolars 2 April 2012
Estimated treatment time originally 6-9 months. Brace removed on 22 July 2013 after 18 months and 19 days
Now enjoying bonded upper retainer plus part time essix/hawley( I have both)

I'm a 39 year old woman and I get mine on april 16th. I'm in Oxfordshire.
39 year old woman.

Upper Ceramic Braces Put On 16/4/2013.
Lower Metal Braces put on 9/9/2013.
