My ortho done final trimming but i feel hes took too much off one of my front teeth
He took my impressions on the same day so im collecting my retainer next week so is it too late to tell him my concerns?

That's a really tricky one. I would definitely speak to your orthodontist about your concerns. It's a big investment in yourself, having your teeth straightened, and you have to feel happy with the final result. Hope it goes well for you.
