Greetings! Second round of braces soon.

I got braces to correct an overbite in my early 20s. I'm 35 now and I think that either my overbite was not properly fixed or it came back. No idea if it is possible. I always noticed that my smile is crooked but now I know why...my right side has more of an overbite. I will need to extract tooth#4 though. That makes me very nervous. However, my journey will start until November. It is great to read stories from other adults who are wearing or about to wear 'brackets'.... I'm not alone!

xuxu....You are definitely not alone. I am 55. Getting braces Aug 6th. I am so excited. Call me weird if you want! I have wanted to have a pretty smile all my life. I do not like my picture taken because of my smile. I am doing this for myself. No other reason then just for me. This is a good place to learn before I get my braces. So...welcome!!
