By the way, did he extract the premolar or you had to go to your regular dentist? Was it painful?

He did not extract it. I had to go to my dentist. He faxed over what he wanted extracted and then I went to my dentist to have it done.


Yes I am happy thus far. He is very cheerful and friendly and puts u at ease. Any concerns I have I ask and he answers.

Yes he does d Molds and stuff there. But anything having to do with dental work ull have to get done at ur dentist office like Cleaning, extractions, fillings etc. Dr. Harper is only an ortho....

Okie last two questions I promise

1. Do you need a referral letter from your regular dentist in order to get the braces or it doesn't matter?

2. So you have to take your x rays, mold, etc and cost you around $500, including the consultation right?

No referral I jus walked right in and booked an appointment.

And it was 500 2 yrs ago. I'm guessing it went up now.
But yes that covers the Molds etc and the consult after.

I'm brokes too. Hence I'm 23 with braces. I saved like crazy to afford it!
