FINALLY! I Got my braces!

Well at least my top ones. I'm going in June 24th for the bottom ones. It's not as bad as I thought. I'm sore and teeth feel tender but doing OK. Ortho also told me I would be getting an appliance to move my molars back to give me more room for my crazy canine. But I'm really excited for the changes to come. Once I figure out how to post pics I will! I'm feeling a little weird w them on. Like emotionally. It's a huge change. I feel like they look more crooked now then they did before or that its more noticeable. Wait I have a question.. Are all the brackets supposed to be in the middle of the tooth? cuz one of mine is far off from the middle. Thought that was weird. Lol!

hmm I'm not sure about the bracket placement but I felt the same when my braces went on a month ago. I only had the top ones and it was soooo strange. The bottom ones went on two days ago and I have to say it didn't feel as weird because I was already used to the top ones but it has made everything more complicated. Now I have a lisp as well with the bottom ones.

I had a lisp to begin with. So now with the top ones it's soo much worse. Lol! But I'm used to them now. The only annoying thing flossing. I get my bottom one's June 24th. I hope it's not too much worse. Since I've already lost 4 pounds. Lol.

I think the bracket placement depends were the tooth needs to be moved to. Not sure though.
