White spots forming on teeth?
Oh god, this is bad new. I'm noticing some white spots forming between my teeth on the top row. I'm realy scared because the white spots are becoming more noticable. I brush, floss, use mouthwash evryday. I even use plax every once in a while, so why am i get these white spots, and only on my top teeth? I feel like i started getting them when my ortho attached the rubberband on my top teeth to keep them from moving. I had a hard time reaching those spots when I brushed my teeth. I know they're hard to get rid of but is there anything i can do to make them less visible or even prevent them?

get your teeth cleaned every 3 months at least, go to a hygiene school for cheaper in between cleanings. if u are lazy with your cleaning it is a lazy way to get it done believe me, thats what I do!
I have some white marks from my first time in braces and possibly antibiotics... I dunno what I will do do fix them.
Have you considered getting a new oral b ortho essentials kit and maybe some other cleaning stuff and try to get excited about it? the kit sells for 80-120 but on ebay as low as 50.

Definitely discuss this with your ortho or your dentist soon. White spots can be reversed if they are caught early on. My ortho gave me MI Paste which claims to be able to remineralize white spots (and, more importantly, prevent them), and there may be other ways that your provider can help you.
Hopefully this can be a positive learning experience for you. I think it's possible to scrub at the brackets several times a day but never really remove plaque from the critical areas -- immediately around the brackets, at/under the gumline, between teeth under the archwire. I agree with jfriend33 that a sonic-type toothbrush could really help improve your cleaning routine, since the motor does all the work for you if you gently hold the bristles in the right place.

Like the other posts have said, it's worth getting this checked at an early stage by your dentist and / or ortho. I have used a sonic toothbrush and have found it brilliant but keeping your teeth clean with braces is quite a tiresome ritual and one that needs to be kept up throughout the process. Hope you get this sorted ASAP as it must be a worry.

The spots may not even be demineralization spots unless you have a wicked "sugar habit" (hard candy, sipping soda, etc.) Ask your ortho to take a peek. Possible treatments include Rx toothpaste (about 5x as much fluoride as regular toothpaste), more frequent cleanings, changes in brushing habits, etc.
And, as a random side-note, Plax doesn't really clean your teeth any better than just swishing with water. ACT or Listerine (if you can take the Listerine burn) are more effective. See my sticky on mouthwash and toothpaste for the full low-down.
