They've been good! It's so nice to just eat and not have food stuck everywhere! Retainer life isn't too bad since I only need to wear them at night. A few people have noticed I got my braces off without me prompting them, which has been nice. I'm still not used to seeing my teeth straight so it's still a little hard to believe these are actually my teeth lol

I got Zoom whitening on Tuesday and I read about the pain and "zingers," but oh my, I was not ready for what I felt after the whitening session. Just a constant sensitivity sensation that had me holding my mouth the entire drive home. I had to rush home for some serious painkillers I had leftover from a surgery I had 6 months ago (the surgery was easier to deal with than the sensitivity I had from whitening!). But I do love my results and my teeth look a million times better. On January 11th I start the process for veneers for my top 4 incisors so I'm excited for that!

So here are my final results! All it took was 1.5 years of braces, a gingivectomy, whitening, four crowns and $15,000 ( ) to achieve this lol. But I'm happy and can't stop smiling! And I'm amaaazed at how much the 4 crowns on my top incisors match the rest of my teeth. Included a before picture to show how far I've come!
