Back Teeth Pain

So I got my braces on the bottom Friday and my first adjustment on the top which included a new thicker wire. I have a pretty big overbite so I kinda assumed the majority of the pain would be on the top, the bottom is pretty straight. The bottom teeth have hurt so much, worse then getting the top ones on. Maybe part of it is the back 2 teeth on both sides top and bottom are really uncomfortable, a lot of pressure. My jaw and cheeks are really sore, I don't know if this is related or not. When I woke up this am my jaw and mouth was so sore it was uncomfortable to open. My ears ache as well. Anyone had this before? I had braces as a kid but I don't remember this part.

My back teeth are almost always in ones that hurt the most. I got mines tightened four days ago and my back teeth still ache. I think it's because the teeth have nowhere to move.

Yeah it seems that way, I had an adjustment Friday and got new thicker wires and the back teeth still ache.
