My OS just said no more salt water rinses. Rather, I'll be using Peridex 3x a day. Any idea why this would be? I've never heard/read not using salt water.

I used it and seems to help the inside of my mouth. No one told me not to.

Cause it's an antimicrobial and going to help with the healing process more so than salt?
