I'm 32 and this is will be my second time in braces. I first had them from 12. I Will get braces in a few days

I had them placed just before my 29th birthday. I will get them off right around my 30th birthday. There is a 51 year old woman in my office (who visits the same Ortho I found out!) who has had braces for a year.
Adult with Ceramic Brackets, Natural colored bands, and metal wire. Phase 2 after having them as a child. Started on May 3rd, 2016. Estimated completion April/May 2017

I don't have a date for getting them on just yet (still on an NHS waiting list) but I will probably be 25

I originally started orthodontic treatment when I was eight or nine, and I went the whole gambit. The expander and two sets of braces! Now I'm 24 and dealing with some relapse from not being able to wear my retainers for about four years, due to oral lichen planus.

I got braces for the very first time at age 33. I was surprised at that age to be told I had a serious problem that needed correction, after no such mention for years before. It was an interesting experience, and a decision I dont regret.

I have a date now! Getting them on in January so I will definitely be 25 :D

I was fourteen when I first had them on.

Now I'm 21 and I have two jaw surgeries. Excited for the first one next Monday! :D
