Thats a cool video. I just had my braces fitted 30 hours ago and with the pain I need motivation like this video. I cant remember taking pic everyday because I will be crying and missing food !!

Loved this. Very motivational. The whole process amazes me still. I'm just over a year in to treatment and take regular (not daily) selfies of my teeth and can't believe how far my teeth have come. The decision for adult braces took a few years for me and then at 41 I had them installed. It was hard in the beginning as I was in a lot of pain but that time past and taking photos helped as I could compare and see the changes. I have no regrets at all except the fact I wish I did it sooner.
As each day passes I'm getting closer and closer to my dream smile.
