morning: waterpik, mouthwash, waterpik

after lunch: waterpik, electric brush, mouthwash, waterpik

before bed: electric brush, interdental brush, orthopick floss, mouthwash, waterpik
How do you use waterpik so many times a day? Do you have one of the portable ones? I have a regular one at home but am thinking of getting myself one to carry around.

I meant dinner I guess...My eating habits are a bit unorthodox, I water fast at work so my main meal is around 4PM on weekdays and I eat whenever I feel like it on weekends. A portable waterpik is definitely a good idea if you eat out a lot.
