Hot dogs are amazing. I had to bite mine with the side of the my mouth, but still good and very soft.

Vegan lasagne with artichokes and pesto :3

But i really don't struggle with hard/cruncy food. I know it is not recommended but i don't feel that much pain to avoid pizza crust, or toasted bread.

The believe the fear behind hard foods has more to do with the risk of breaking your brackets/wires. At least, that's what the list of foods not to eat my ortho gave me says.

Yes i didn't take in consideration that i could brake them! I will definitly be more careful when i'll have also the bottom brakets fitted and on my last molars.

Overnight oats : oats, vanilla protein powder, Greek yogurt, milk, cinnamon. Mix it up and put in the fridge overnight - delicious and so easy to eat!
