Invisalign progress app questions

I've just downloaded the official Invisalign progress app, where you take a photo with every tray change to track tooth movement. However, I glanced through the terms and conditions and it seems that once you upload/save your photos on the app, it automatically gives Invisalign the right to use your images in the advertising, etc., without seeking further permission from you. Is this right or have I got the wrong idea?! Is anyone using the app at the moment?

There is a link to the App Store/Google Play on the Invisalign website or just search 'invisalign' on the App Store. Still deciding if I want to use it though!

Personally, I would only take pictures of your teeth and not of your face. Then all it really is is showing off your new smile. Btw I grew up with and loved fragglerock!
