Hi everybody! I'm a new member here. At 30 years old I finally decided to get braces after years of being scared. Today was my appointment for making x-rays, photos and impressions and in about a month I am going back to discuss the treatment plan with the doctor. I am very excited but hoping jaw surgery won't be necessary

I got mine just shy of my 31st birthday. I’m almost done with my treatment thankfully. They haven’t been too bad, just something I wanted finished sooner rather than later.
