Talked to a oral surgeon .
But why didn't they tell me what I need done . At the first impression ? The maxillofacial didn't even say anything to me . He just looked at my face then dipped .

Probably need to take x-rays and molds of your jaw first.

They did that already . What I'm saying is why didn't they tell me if I needed upper, lower, or chin .

Maybe that particular surgeon doesn’t typically give a lot of surgical planning info to their patients. Yours wouldn’t be the only one. If that’s the case, it’s incumbent on you to ask about those things.
