My name is Autym, (pronounced like Autumn the season if you speak English ) and I got my braces on June 5th, 2018 (which makes it 44 days since I got them on). Is there anyone who got their braces near my date? If you did, how are things going? I currently just went for my first tightening Tuesday, and I also got my nighttime headgear. Let me know if you have headgear too!
I got mine on March 6 (139 days ago) so still close ... kinda ? The third most recent time that I went in for a tightening I ended up getting rubber bands on both sides to fix my underbite, which now I only have to wear them on the right side. And last time I went in i got a power chain on my top row of teeth . So things are going pretty great for me, and I notice a huge difference!

I got mine on mid July! I have only upper ceramic at this point until bite opens, then will have lower ceramic. I will likely need rubber bands for overbite. I am amazed that at 2 weeks in, I am already seeing movement! That is motivating I will say I think this is going to be a great diet plan as I don't even want to mess with any between meal eating/snacking I have dropped around 4 pounds so far.... hey... I am looking at all the positives.
I got mine on June 7th!
Things are going pretty well. I just had my first adjustment last week, they basically just tightened everything up, and added a chain from one of my canines to my TAD. I've got more details and photos at the link in my sig

Wow glad to hear everyone is thinking about the positives! Its really amazing that progress has already been seen 2 weeks into treatment. I've definitely seen a gap forming where a canine has to come down on my own . Keep on going! I'm here right with you guys!
Super glad someone has headgear! I don't have my braces on yet, but the orthodontist said she would really like to try headgear with my case. So I'm on the fence... How is yours going so far?
