Braces off after 11 short months. I’m not thrilled with my results. Trying to embrace my new look, I have some flaring and an over-jet (my original issue was overcrowding treated with IPR). Here is a link to the pics

I welcome any feedback. Thank you!

Re: Braces off - trying to adjust to my new smile
Could you post a before photo?
I do see the flaring, but I don't think it is unattractive. I just wish mine were that straight. One year here (after ortho initially predicted 8-10 months) and looking at least another month, and I would be very thrilled if my teeth were as straight as yours. I still have one top central incisor that is rotated as well as one lateral incisor on the bottom, so more work needs to be done in a month!

I see the flaring too. But I'm not sure if there is anything else that could be done. I don't think extractions at this point would be a good idea tho, it would probably create way too much space and like you said, all the ipr has already been done. It's not that obvious from certain angles, I'd say to leave your teeth alone. What did your ortho say about this flaring now that the braces are off?
