Has anyone had a setback more than or around 10mm?

I was wondering if anyone on this forum has had a mandibular setback around 10mm or more. I have lower jaw asymmetry and I found that I would be requiring surgery on one jaw to correct this, but I keep seeing people having ~5mm movement but mine is almost 10mm. Has anyone got this done?

I had both my jaws moved forward a considerable amount 3 weeks ago. Upper 10mm and lower 8mm, I had an underbite which is why they moved the top a bit further, also had sleep apnea and this helped open my airway about 60% bigger than what it was. 3 weeks and haven't used my CPAP once. It's been incredible. My bite is still off a bit but I am going to give it a couple of months of healing and more invisalign treatment before I decide whether or not I am happy about that, haha.
