Hi,
i got debraced about a week ago and have been wearing my retainers for about 21 hours every day. however, i've just noticed that my bottom arch has shifted. i wore braces to fix my mild underbite and to widen my arch. after braces, my top teeth cover my bottom teeth just a bit, which is nice, and that i have a bit of a gap(front back distance? not sure how to describe this) between my top and bottom teeth on both sides, left side slightly more than right. but now, my left gap is significantly bigger and my right gap completely closed. i'm not sure how that happened since my bottom retainer fits quite nicely. did anyone experience a similar situation and what is the fix? thanks!
can your arch still change with retainers in?

While some "settling" of teeth post braces is normal, what you're describing sounds unusual. I would contact my ortho asap and get things checked out.
