If your worried about protein, I would suggest either tofu or fish. Or, you can try one of those protein shakes that bodybuilders use.

To find soy protein, you can look at a health food store or a GNC. They have powdered protein drink mixes, usually in the vitamin/supplement section of the store. Good luck! :-1

The one that I've bought at GNC was around $25-$27 (not cheap), but is a HUGE  container. It comes in vanilla and is pretty good.

Soy protein usually isn't that expensive from GNC, but I'm not sure if you can buy pure soy protein. Usually it comes in premixed drink powders, if you plan on buying one of those make sure you get the GNC Gold Card. It pays for itself on just one of the protein supplement canisters.

I LOVE smoothies... they are an easy, quick way to get vitamins and I also like how they can take the place of a meal. I am a vegetarian, so I just shove all of my daily vitamins into a fruit shake and it actually still tastes pretty good. I blend frozen fruit (I like rasperries best) various vitamins, rice protein (you can also use wey or soy protein), and juice. Viola!

Dogluver, is the rice or wey protein easier to come by, or do you still have to go to a health food store? Which one do you like better? Sorry for all the questions!!!

Thanks for all the advice!

P.S I'm a vegetarian too, didnt know if i'd mentioned that before or not, but thought i would add it!
