I didn't have any problems along the way and had my 4th baby boy whilst braced up. I had ceramics top and bottom. I did need to have my 4 wisdom teeth removed before the go ahead and that was an absolute nightmare with a general anaesthetic and infections in 2 of my sockets. So I guess thats why the whole braces seemed easy after that. (I'd rather give birth than go through having my wisdom teeth removed. Glad you can only do that once)
I have a bonded retainer on my 4 front lower teeth and a clear retainer coming in about 2 weeks.
HOWEVER they are feeling rather ick no matter how much I brush. I don't know if I would describe the feeling as slimy but perhaps furry.
ANYONE know if this gets better with time or do I need to see the dentist for this.
