PS, currently looking for another orthodontist. Mine said the only way he can help now that all is done is by creating a flare in the top teeth.

There are ALOT more factors to look at then some models and 1 pic of your teeth to make that determination.

I for one would not want to move your lower anteriors any more forward (a common side effect of correction overjets w/out ext) they already seem flared and are pushing the envelope of periodontal health.

Wowwwww..... so i found somebody by a miracle.
He will re-open my spaces with appliances(not braces)
looking at my before extractions and current x-rays it is clear that the extractions were a huge unnecessary mistake. He even noticed that problems in the neck had worsened. Apparently my lower jaw was too far back even before the extractions making my neck lean forward somewhat. After the extractions and pulling the teeth back this has gotten worse.
I would advise all of you to find someone who has some craniofacial knowledge before dishing out any amount of money on an orthodontist. Be extremely careful before undergoing extractions! There's way more to it than just tooth straightness, bite and profile.
It's gonna be about a 2 year treatmen and 6000 dollars AS WELL as the cost of implants but atleast this time something is being done right!.
