i kept eating for one month things with curry, tomato, i kept drinking red white and coffee and the power chains just got a little yellowish.
i ate chicken with A LOT OF curry on the plane going for vacations and suddenly i thought of the ugly pictures i was going to take but no harm was made

i changed the power chains and in two days they got a fluo yellow color :FeelSick: :FeelSick: and i don't even know what caused it, the basic suspect is barbecue flavored pop corn!

I have self-ligating ceramics on top, metal on bottom (just passed the 5 month mark). I drink red wine, and eat lots of tomato based foods, and have had zero staining so far. On the bottom, I have traditional metal braces with ligatures. I've had gray, lavender, and pink ligs so far - I've tested curry the day before adjustments with both the gray and lavender ligs, and neither of them stained. I'm a couple of weeks away from getting my pink ligs changed out, and I'll be testing curry again the night before my adjustment. I just love curry, and I'm gathering my information for which colors resist its staining so that over the next 2 years I can enjoy it more than every 8 weeks between adjustments!
